Providing guests with information about local attractions/restaurants, in and around Scottsdale
Answering guest phone calls
Qualification
Required
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Refined verbal communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends & holidays
Proficient in basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate lifting
Ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs
Preferred
Previous experience in luxury hotel preferred
Customer service experience preferred
