Responsibilities

Provide recruitment support for a team of recruiters, including scheduling a high volume of interviews across candidates and business teams, coordinating conference rooms or video calls, and sending confirmations and planners

Prepare employment contracts for the US, Canada, and Latin America, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements

Process internal transfers and manage pre-hire checks, escalating issues as needed

Maintain accurate applicant data in Workday and other tracking systems, ensuring information is up-to-date

Serve as the main point of contact for committed hires, managing the post-offer, pre-hire process to ensure all required steps are completed prior to the start date

Drive process improvements within core HR operations by assessing current workflows and recommending enhancements

Build and maintain strong partnerships across the firm, including Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders, to resolve issues and mitigate risks

Advocate for and reinforce culture and principles, contributing to the mentality

Support cross-functional HR projects as needed
