Responsibilities
Understand the various business needs and help customer success team to come up with strategies to deliver solution that meets client requirements
Develop business specifications and work with internal teams in ensuring that the solution provides appropriate functionality and opportunities in alignment with client’s requirements
Create design documents, logical/physical translation maps & end-to-end data flow architecture
Develop new integration processes and process improvements to streamline
Design, configure and support solutions in public and private cloud environments
Work closely with the Client support team to monitor issues, provide assistance and feedback to enhance the customer’s experience
Support competing application and product development initiatives
Develop recommendations based on client’s high-level requirements
Develop implementation project planning, effort, design, scope, estimation, resource coordination & delivery, as per specified timeframes within pre-set budgets and deadlines. Ensuring all changes are managed to have SDLC and GxP compliance
Analyze and Troubleshoot system problems and determine causes, such as new configurations, software, as required, and mitigate future occurrences
Provide technical support on client environments and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels through prompt redressal of problems. Implement preventive/corrective maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance plans
Qualification
Required
Strong Project Management and Program Management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute technical projects
Exceptional Team Leadership and collaborative capabilities to lead cross-functional teams successfully
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders, present ideas, and resolve conflicts effectively
Advanced Analytical Skills and proficiency in data analysis to drive insights and support data-driven decision-making processes
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field of study
Preferred
Preferred experience in life sciences, data engineering, data analytics, Agentic AI, and technical solution delivery
advanced degree or certifications in relevant fields is a plus
