Responsibilities

Manage assigned components of commercial training initiatives (planning, execution, follow-up)

Support new hire onboarding programs (sales reps preferred)

Develop and execute training related to product knowledge, disease state education, selling skills, launches, and promotional campaigns

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training is compliant and effective

Partner with vendors to design curricula using adult learning principles

Conduct needs assessments and support training readiness

Manage timelines, budgets, and multiple workstreams
