Capital Markets Associate Attorney

The role involves hands-on involvement across the full lifecycle of capital markets and securities matters, including public and private offerings, SEC reporting, and supporting transactional teams on complex financing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Public and private offerings, including IPOs and follow-on transactions
SEC reporting and compliance under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
Corporate governance and disclosure matters
Exchange-related filings and ongoing reporting obligations
Supporting transactional teams on complex financing and growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in securities law and capital markets within a law firm setting
Strong working knowledge of federal and state securities regulations
Experience with SEC filings and ongoing reporting obligations
Excellent writing skills and clear, confident communication
A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Juris Doctor (JD)
Strong academic credentials
