Required

J.D. from an accredited law school

Licensed (or eligible) to practice law in Ohio or able to transition to practice law in Ohio

10+ years of progressive legal experience

8+ years in management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to research and apply legal principles

Preferred

5 years of health insurance experience
