Human Resources Business Partner

TRAFFIX is a Third-Party Logistics leader with over 40 years of experience, seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals. This role will involve workforce planning, employee relations, change management, and people analytics to enhance performance and compliance across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR advisor to assigned business units; translate business priorities into workforce plans, talent strategies, and measurable people initiatives
Forecast headcount needs by service offering, lane, account, and seasonality; partner with business leaders to design role profiles, strategies, and remote onboarding that shorten time to productivity
Lead performance cycles, calibration, succession planning, and manager coaching; design development programs for frontline supervisors and remote managers
Manage investigations, disciplinary actions, and multi-jurisdictional compliance; ensure consistent, documented, and defensible outcomes
Lead adoption for major initiatives such as CRM migrations and process redesigns with stakeholder alignment, communications, pilots, and adoption KPIs
Collaborate with Data Analyst to build and maintain dashboards that surface turnover hotspots, ramp times, and productivity trends; partner with HR Ops to improve HRIS integrations and data quality
Contribute to the design of asynchronous onboarding, microlearning, and manager toolkits; create rituals and communication cadences that sustain culture and performance across time zones

Required

3–5 years as an HRBP or senior HR generalist, ideally in logistics, transportation, or 3PL environment
Strong employee relations, change management, and stakeholder influencing skills
Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, Excel, ADP Workforce and people analytics tools
Demonstrated success designing and delivering remote onboarding and virtual manager enablement
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; HR certifications
