Responsibilities
Assist with property, lease, and fixed asset tracking across a multi-location portfolio
Support the processing and reconciliation of fixed assets, including additions, disposals, and depreciation
Help track construction-in-progress and capital expenditures
Assist with lease-related accounting tasks, including rent tracking and reconciliations
Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities
Partner with Finance, Real Estate, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Support audits by gathering documentation and schedules as needed
Help maintain business licenses and ensure renewals are completed on time
Contribute to process improvements and documentation as systems and workflows evolve
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of accounting or finance experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Exposure to AP, fixed assets, or general accounting preferred
Experience working in an ERP system is a plus (NetSuite experience helpful but not required)
