Poured LLC is a technology-enabled workforce platform serving luxury and premium retail brands. They are seeking a Regional Director of Operations who will be responsible for building retail partnerships, managing account performance, and analyzing operational data to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Prospect, pitch, and close luxury and premium retail brands
Expand existing brand relationships across multiple store locations
Drive store-level adoption and engagement with the Poured platform
Represent Poured in virtual meetings and targeted in-market visits
Own revenue growth and account expansion within assigned markets
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand partners
Oversee onboarding, activation, and ongoing store success
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
Ensure consistent usage and satisfaction across accounts
Monitor performance metrics through the Poured dashboard, including: Shift fill rate, Hours booked, Time-to-fill, Cost per shift, Hire conversion rates, Store utilization
Identify trends and operational gaps
Produce performance summaries and insights for internal leadership and clients
Use data to drive recommendations and decisions
Translate brand and market feedback into product insights
Partner with leadership on feature testing and SaaS rollout
Support refinement of pricing, workflows, and analytics
Act as a bridge between clients, operations, and product teams

Required

Based in Orange County, CA
4–8+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales
Comfortable operating in a virtual-first environment
Confident engaging senior stakeholders at retail brands
Strong analytical thinker with experience using dashboards and KPIs
Self-directed and highly organized
Willing to travel locally for occasional in-market visits
B2B sales and account growth
Data-driven decision-making
Operational ownership
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Excellent communication and presentation ability

Preferred

Experience in luxury retail, staffing, or marketplaces
SaaS or tech-enabled services background
Startup or high-growth company experience
Multi-location retail account management
