Wholesale Account Manager

OE Wheel Distributors, LLC is a leading independent wheel distributor in North America, specializing in aftermarket wheels. The Wholesale Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of wholesale customers within the automotive aftermarket wheel industry, focusing on revenue growth and customer responsiveness.

Responsibilities

Own a book of wholesale accounts with full responsibility for revenue growth and retention
Aggressively pursue new business through outbound prospecting and follow-up
Expand existing accounts by activating new product lines and increasing share of spend
Convert inbound leads with urgency and professionalism
Respond immediately and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and leads during business hours
Track and follow up on all open quotes, leads, and opportunities until resolved
Enter orders and quotes accurately and without delay
Ensure no opportunities stall due to lack of follow-up
Maintain strong daily outbound call volume above the expected minimum
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls, conversions, revenue, and GP
Utilize NetSuite (ERP/CRM) and internal tools to manage tasks, notes, and visibility
Provide account coverage when teammates need support
Attend trade shows and industry events when applicable
Represent the company professionally with customers and partners

Required

Proven success in automotive aftermarket sales (wheels and/or tires strongly preferred)
Strong phone presence and written communication skills
High level of personal organization and task ownership
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Comfortable working some weekday evenings (up to 7pm local) as needed to support accounts
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, not required
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
