Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Markable’s platform and AI tools
Lead and mentor the product design, create product specs, product management, and technical project management functions
Translate business goals and user insights into clear product requirements, design direction, and execution plans
Partner closely with engineering leadership to ensure timely, high-quality product releases
Oversee UX/UI design processes to create intuitive, frictionless experiences for creators and brand partners
Implement a structured product-development lifecycle, including prioritization frameworks, cross-team communication, and milestone tracking
Drive alignment across Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Data, and Engineering to ensure cohesive feature rollout and adoption
Measure product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and analytics to drive iteration and continuous improvement
Identify opportunities for new product lines, AI innovation, or platform expansion
Ensure the product team maintains a high bar for usability, design excellence, and technical execution
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in Mandarin & English
5+ years of product leadership experience in a SaaS, consumer tech, or startup environment
Expertise in product design, UX strategy, and working closely with engineering teams
Demonstrated ability to lead high-impact product initiatives from concept to launch
Strong project management and organizational execution skills
Deep understanding of user-centered design and data-informed decision making
Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams
Proven track record of managing, scaling, and mentoring product teams
Preferred
Experience in the creator economy, social platforms, retail platforms, or AI-driven products is a strong plus
