Review and verify closing documents for accuracy and completeness before submission for recording
Ensure all documents comply with state, county, and lender requirements
Process eRecording and manual recording with county offices
Identify and resolve any post-closing discrepancies or document rejections
Maintain detailed records of recorded documents and follow up on outstanding items
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in title post-closing and recording
Strong knowledge of county recording regulations and industry compliance
Experience handling deeds, mortgages, releases, and lien satisfactions
Attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactions
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
