Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Installation Coordinator to join their Operations team. The role involves scheduling installations, providing high-level customer service, and maintaining communication with customers regarding their installation progress.

Responsibilities

Follow up on Jobs in Progress (JIPS) & IGBs to ensure proper scheduling

Maintain installation scheduling of installation managers, & creates service folders with proper documentation for IMs

Takes both inbound and outbound scheduling calls

Prepares customer correspondence when deemed appropriate, such as paid invoices or rebates

Provides back up and support to other members of the operations team as needed

Keep continuous communications with assigned customers to ensure that all questions and concerns about their project are addressed and satisfied

Possibly prepares contract amendment as necessary

Other jobs duties as assigned
