Responsibilities
Support the Development and Construction projects from concept through completion, helping ensure alignment with Sphere’s creative and technical goals
Assist in managing project schedules, budget, and resources to help delivery successful outcomes across global projects
Coordinate day-to-day communication between internal teams, consultants, and external partners to support smooth project execution
Help track and maintain project documentation and reporting throughout the preconstruction and construction phases
Identify potential issues early and escalate risks to senior team members for resolution
Contribute to project planning activities and provide input that supports overall organizational goals
Prepare and maintain regular project updates, reports, and communication material for stakeholders
Support the improvement of project processes, tools, and workflows to enhance team efficiency
Qualification
Required
Degree in Construction Management, engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Approximately 5+ years of experience managing development and construction projects, ideally within a global or complex environment
Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule, within a budget, and to quality and safety standards
Solid understanding of design, engineering, procurement, and construction processes
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying
