Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality IT support for hardware, software, and business applications
Manage Service Desk workflows, SLAs, and escalations
Maintain IT asset lifecycle and integration with enterprise systems
Generate KPI reports and analyze trends for continuous improvement
Support IT leadership with planning and vendor coordination

Qualification

IT support experienceWindows OS proficiencyMicrosoft 365 proficiencyITIL familiarityPower BI reportingITIL certificationWorkplace IT certificationsCommunicationProblem-solving skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent certifications)
3-5 years in IT support or service desk environment
Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics
Familiarity with ITIL practices and reporting tools like Power BI
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

ITIL certification and workplace IT certifications (MS-900, CompTIA+)
