IT Service Desk Analyst
Ledgent Technology is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide day-to-day technical support across North America. This role ensures operational excellence in end-user support while contributing to process improvements and IT service alignment.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality IT support for hardware, software, and business applications
Manage Service Desk workflows, SLAs, and escalations
Maintain IT asset lifecycle and integration with enterprise systems
Generate KPI reports and analyze trends for continuous improvement
Support IT leadership with planning and vendor coordination
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent certifications)
3-5 years in IT support or service desk environment
Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics
Familiarity with ITIL practices and reporting tools like Power BI
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
ITIL certification and workplace IT certifications (MS-900, CompTIA+)
