Champion Windows & Home Exteriors is seeking a highly qualified Sales Manager to help drive their continued growth. In this role, you will lead and grow a successful team of factory sales representatives while managing daily sales activities and strategies for sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

Improving efficiency of existing sales team through training, involvement and leadership

Actively recruit new members to your team and take an active role in their success

Weekly sales meetings, training sessions etc

Perform in-home product sales presentations with team members and on your own

Qualification

Sales team managementIn-home sales experienceCustomer focusCommunication skillsBachelor’s degree

Required

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent experience

Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team. (In-home sales a plus)!

Knowledge of and/or the ability to learn all Champion Products

A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
