Mid LevelABW Medical is expanding its Accounting & Finance team and is seeking experienced full-time AP and Staff Accounting professionals to support their growing portfolio of healthcare clients. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong healthcare accounting background, particularly those with experience supporting Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).

Responsibilities
Process and manage accounts payable, vendor payments, and reconciliations
Support month-end close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Assist with financial reporting and general ledger support
Partner with internal teams and healthcare clients to resolve discrepancies
Support grant, cost report, and compliance-related accounting activities as needed
Maintain strong internal controls and documentation
Qualification
Required
Prior healthcare accounting experience required
Experience in AP and/or staff accounting roles
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred
FQHC experience strongly preferred
