Packaging & Containers
Responsibilities
Fill hoppers with plastic film blow as needed
Maintain/service production machinery as required
Collect trash, debris and other waste to keep the work area clean and safe
Complete required production forms
Assist the Extrusion Operator with changing bobbing spools
Transfer scrap materials to assigned area
Operate film blow scrap/recycle machinery
Weigh, scan and transport finished products to assigned area
Conduct other tasks as assigned by extrusion operator/supervisor
Qualification
Required
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds etc.)
Good hand-eye coordination
Communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safety rules
Must be able/willing to work a flexible schedule
Ability to commute/relocate to Vidalia, GA 30474: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Shift availability: Day shift (Required)
Night/Overnight (Required)
Preferred
Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
Warehouse experience is an asset, but not necessary
