Responsibilities

Troubleshoots, inspects, replaces/repairs a wide variety of electro-mechanical devices such as cash registers, coin changers, security equipment, alarms, and point of sale equipment

Complete service requests and maintenance repair items in a timely manner and ensures all requests are handled in a professional manner

Correctly review work orders, manuals, and drawings to properly perform maintenance and service of equipment

Utilize various testing devices, multiple hand and power tools related to the job

May be temporarily assigned to other geographical area to provide support with new installations and upgrades

Other duties as required
