Required

two to four years of experience working on complex affordable housing or real estate matters involving the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs

focus on HUD regulatory and transactional issues

strong interest in real estate finance, housing and community development

stellar academic credentials

superb communication and writing skills

experience and comfort with a variety of technology and project management approaches

commitment to excellence

desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

knowledge of federal, state and local real property, affordable housing and community development programs and regulations, including without limitation HUD's Rental Assistance Demonstration program (RAD) and other public housing repositioning tools
