Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and lead the efforts of the Maintenance Department to maintain and support plant equipment and facilities in world class working order
Responsible for the preventive maintenance program, and maintenance of production equipment and facilities
Minimize unscheduled down time via Continuous Improvements and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Responsible for identifying issues, creating plans & budgets, and implementing solutions
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years' experience in Maintenance Management in food, beverage, or pharma manufacturing
Must have experience with aseptic food production / food processing
Must have experience with Maximo, AutoCAD, SAP, Sag X3, and AMM
Must have experience with utilities, PLCs, & electrical systems
