Sr Analyst, Vendor Management
CornerStone Staffing is seeking a Senior Analyst in Vendor Management to ensure a high-quality pool of vendors through various analyses and evaluations. The role involves conducting portfolio analysis, compliance reviews, vendor management, and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement in process efficiency.

Responsibilities
Perform analysis of inventory trends versus vendor capacity and performance to identify service gaps and risks
Obtain due diligence documentation
Ensure proactive compliance with licensure requirements and adjust inventory as appropriate
Conduct new vendor sourcing to ensure full vendor coverage across all assets
Create Statements of Work
Coordinate vendor selection interviews
Collaborate with business units on vendor selection
Conduct contract reviews
Onboard and train new vendors
Offboard vendors and reassign inventory as approved by management and Quality Assurance
Analyze performance data and collaborate with business units to assess vendor effectiveness
Determine training needs and coach vendors as needed
Develop and monitor performance improvement plans when required
Coordinate vendor training sessions and performance calls
Host regular webinars to share process updates and reinforce best practices
Identify and communicate process and system gaps to appropriate teams
Perform cost analysis and risk assessments
Evaluate return on investment (ROI)
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum five years in vendor management, including sourcing, screening, contracting, onboarding, performance management, and training
Some college required
Vendor management, customer service, contract administration, and compliance principles
Portfolio analysis, risk assessment, and performance evaluation methodologies
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
Strong communication (verbal and written) and active listening
Critical thinking and analytical reasoning
Judgment and decision-making
Conflict resolution and negotiation
Time management and prioritization
Relationship-building and collaboration
Comprehend and convey information clearly
Apply deductive and inductive reasoning
Analyze problems and develop data-driven solutions
Manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
Maintain constructive working relationships
Remain adaptable and responsive in dynamic environments
Preferred
Real estate license preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred; or equivalent experience
Experience with preservation service providers preferred
