Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout the support and coordination process
Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of requests
Verify eligibility and assist with enrollment in applicable assistance programs
Document all interactions, case updates, and communications accurately in the CRM system
Track open cases, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely completion of required steps
Provide high-quality customer service while managing multiple active cases
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with program guidelines and service standards
Assist with gathering, reviewing, and submitting required documentation
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in healthcare support, patient services, insurance verification, or related roles
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Reliable, organized, and service-oriented mindset
Preferred
Pharmacy technician experience or familiarity with pharmacy workflows strongly preferred
Experience working in CRM or case management systems preferred
