Responsibilities
Generate new business through networking, partnerships, referrals, and strategic outreach
Secure and close offsite event bookings, including corporate, social, and branded hospitality experiences
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, driving measurable results and contributing to team goals
Build tailored proposals and contracts that reflect client needs and Wolfgang Puck’s premium standards
Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, planners, venue partners, and community collaborators
Identify and pursue new revenue channels and partnerships to drive growth across Southern California
Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to enhance visibility
Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff and exceptional client experience
Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, pipeline, and sales activity in CRM systems
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience strongly considered
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in off-premise catering, hospitality, events, or B2B environments
Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and closing high-value opportunities
Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to develop new client relationships and achieve sales goals
Motivated, organized, and proactive with the support of a collaborative team
Proficient in CRM tools, sales reporting, and pipeline management
A polished, professional presence with a passion for hospitality and creativity
