They are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated Receiving Specialist to join their Inventory & Logistics team, responsible for ensuring accurate inventory reception, inspection, and management, as well as supporting shipping and order fulfillment when needed.

Responsibilities

Create and reconcile purchase orders

Receive, inspect, and verify surgical products (including sterile integrity and expiration dates)

Perform precise data entry and maintain accurate inventory records

Communicate clearly with internal teams (Logistics, Sales, Acquisitions)

Assist with product descriptions, market research, and cost/price determinations

Identify and correct inventory discrepancies

Organize and shelve inventory in warehouse

Pick, pack, and process domestic and international orders (FedEx, UPS, DHL)

Perform moderate lifting and carrying of parcels (up to 40 lbs)

Previous experience with hospital supply chain, sterile processing, or surgical supply (REF/LOT/EXP Date)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and inventory management systems (ERP experience a plus)

BA/BS degree is a plus but relevant experience considered in place of degree
