Responsibilities

Overseeing the administrative and technical operations of the lab
Maintaining a positive, collaborative problem-solving relationship with other management staff
Effectively leading a team of Laboratory team members
Ensuring regulatory compliance and managing quality control & quality improvement activities within the lab
Helping to prep annual operational, capital, and personnel budgets for the department

Required

Must have 5 years experience in related field with 3 years of prior management experience
BS/BA Degree required

Preferred

MT/CT (ASCP) preferred
