New Grad, Entry LevelParker Personal Care Homes (PPCH) is looking for dedicated individuals to provide compassionate care and support to adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities in a home setting. The Host Home Provider is responsible for ensuring a safe and supportive environment, assisting with daily activities, and promoting socialization and community engagement.

Responsibilities
Provide a safe and supportive environment for the member(s) in services in their home
Ensure the health and safety of the individual living in their home
Provide opportunities for socialization and access to community resources
Qualification
Required
Must be able to provide services and support for 1 - 3 members in your own home on an on-going basis
Must successfully complete PPCH's required training courses
Must be able to chart individual daily member activities and medications in a web-based system (training is provided)
Have professionalism and compassion
Able to focus on individualized care and support
Ability to teach others
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must clear background screening and reference checks
Be proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Office Suite, or similar software
Preferred
Experience with intellectual or developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required
