Responsibilities
Responsible and held accountable for meeting individual relationship building goals and the Champion expectation
Proactively collaborate with team to serve customers
Proactively educate clients on utilizing available access channels
Ability to make personal connections, and actively engage customers in conversations and listen to get to know them
Utilize knowledge and present bank products and services to expand client relationships
Provides relationship building support to the branch manager and other team members in reaching set branch goals
Provide transactional customer service, including but not limited to the following: Accept and process deposits, withdrawals and payments and handle other over the counter and mail transactions, as needed
Maintains operational logs and retention schedules
Working knowledge of Bank products and services
Support in opening and maintaining business and personal accounts
Demonstrate a general level of knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations; as well as Central Bank policies and procedures
