Director of HR Operations
Evergreen Healthcare Partners is seeking a Director of Human Resources Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for their HR Operations team. This role focuses on optimizing HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance across the HR function.

Responsibilities
Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to unify communication, expectations, goals, and project updates
Oversee onboarding, performance management, and career development, providing mentorship and coaching
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, deadlines, and compliance requirements
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement, well-being, collaboration, innovation, and accountability
Contribute to a culture of feedback, transparency, and continuous improvement
Oversee consultant and employee HR activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment transitions, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution
Partner cross-functionally to manage consultant readiness, bench visibility, extensions, and redeployment
Oversee HR Operations Specialists responsible for consultant onboarding and off-boarding activities, data administration, and customer service with consistency and accountability
Lead compliance training and awareness programs; oversee required training to ensure completion and comprehension across the organization
Serve as an escalation point for consultant HR issues, ensuring responsive, solutions-focused outcomes and a strong consultant and employee experience
Oversee the administration of Evergreen’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliance training and required learning activities are accurately tracked and completed
Develop and maintain operational dashboards and metrics to measure HR efficiency, accuracy, and service quality
Collaborate with HR systems administrators to enhance process visibility and automation, improving scalability and user experience
Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and ensure continuous improvement across HR operations
Regularly assess data integrity within HR systems and ensure accuracy in employee records and reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in HR operations leadership or management
Demonstrated experience managing employees (onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and policy)
Proven track record of improving processes, enhancing customer service, and implementing HR efficiencies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and HRIS systems
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, consulting, or professional services environments
Familiarity with Workday, LMS platforms and HR compliance training management
SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
