Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and ASP.NET MVC
Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and performance feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Product Owners — to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
Design and implement APIs, microservices, and RESTful web services
Work closely with architects to define technical solutions and application architecture
Analyze requirements, prepare technical documentation, and estimate development timelines
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release management activities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments
Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements for performance, scalability, and maintainability
Qualification
Required
Must be able to online coding test interview (By sharing live screen)
Must be able to perform SQL queries, exception handling, and dependency injection despite claiming senior-level experience
Must have Lead the team in past (3-4 or more)
Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft .NET stack

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven experience in leading and motivating technical teams
Preferred
Exposure to frontend technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, React, or Angular
Hands-on experience with Azure / AWS Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices preferred
Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git / TFS
