Traveling Data Center Superintendent
Leapros Skilled Trades is hiring an experienced Data Center Superintendent to support nationwide data center projects. This is a 100% traveling role with strong leadership and operational responsibility.

Responsibilities
Lead, hire, train, and supervise all on-site project staff
Serve as the primary on-site liaison with customers and stakeholders
Manage project schedules, staffing, productivity, and profitability
Ensure projects meet scope, budget, quality, and deadline requirements
Oversee job costs, invoicing, reporting, and project closeout documentation
Conduct daily job walks, quality checks, and outage prevention efforts
Review and improve operational processes (estimating, scheduling, purchasing, reporting)
Promote and enforce safety as the top priority
Lead site meetings, training sessions, and manage tools/truck inventory
Troubleshoot technical issues and support successful project completion
Qualification
Required
3+ years of supervisory or management experience
3+ years as a Lead Communications Technician or similar role
5+ years in telecommunications or a related construction field
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project)
Proven ability to scope projects, estimate work, manage tasks, and deliver final turnover
Proficient with standard telecom tools (punch tools, crimpers, test equipment, butt set, VOM, etc.)
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving standards
Ability to travel extensively
Able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs (75 lbs with assistance)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and project documentation
