Ensure our customers have a world-class car-buying experience at every step along their sales journey
Provide an unparalleled level of expertise to help customers find the vehicle they're looking for, including comprehensive knowledge of available products and services
Ensure sales team is motivated and trained, set sales goals based on individual skill levels, and maintain an appealing showroom to draw the interest of customers
Strive to grow the dealership and your career by setting monthly and annual goals for the Sales Department with the General Manager and reporting on your progress
Qualification
Required
Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive 'team-player' attitude
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Proven sales management leadership, with at least two years of automotive retail management, and at least two years of automotive retail sales experience
Some positions may require applicants to possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record
