Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of large-scale programs, ensuring they align with our organizational goals
Create and implement comprehensive test plans to maintain quality throughout the program lifecycle
Coordinate the resolution of defects and facilitate daily calls to ensure timely issue resolution
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects adhere to deadlines and budgets
Provide guidance and support to program staff to enhance their performance and collaboration
Establish long-term goals and evaluate program effectiveness to identify areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a strong focus on quality management
Excellent organizational and leadership skills to motivate and guide teams effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders at all levels
Preferred
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
Experience in coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and managing stakeholder expectations
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in program management
