Responsibilities

Coordinate the smooth movement of shipments by managing carrier capacity, monitoring transit, and resolving issues proactively

Negotiate rates and secure capacity that meets specific load requirements and service expectations

Build and maintain carrier relationships through cold outreach, referrals, and consistent follow-up

Communicate daily with owner-operators, dispatchers, and drivers to manage active freight and future opportunities

Maintain a high level of daily activity (75–100+ carrier touchpoints/day) to secure capacity and grow your network

Deliver exceptional service to both carriers and internal teams by being responsive, solutions-oriented, and dependable

Accurately enter and manage shipment details in our freight software to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity
