Responsibilities
Partner with functional leaders to align talent strategies with business goals
Lead talent development initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning
Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and organizational capability
Manage complex employee relations issues with fairness and compliance
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions
Support organizational change initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR processes
Serve as a Talent Coach to leaders, fostering collaboration and growth
Champion talent initiatives across the business unit
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 4 years in a leadership or HR Business Partner role
Strong knowledge of employment law compliance, talent development, and employee lifecycle management
Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels
Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Preferred
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
Willingness to travel up to 30% (primarily domestic)
