Responsibilities

Lead and manage the engineering department, including design engineers, detailers, and support staff

Oversee PEMB structural design using Metal Building Software (MBS)

Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations across multiple jurisdictions

Review, approve, and seal engineering drawings and calculations as required

Coordinate with estimating, fabrication, and project management teams to support successful project execution

Establish and improve engineering standards, workflows, and best practices

Provide technical guidance on complex or high-profile projects

Support multi-state licensure compliance and engineering approvals
