Industrial Inside Sales Representative

WCR INC is a manufacturer and service provider of heat exchanger solutions. They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads through channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, emphasizing the features and benefits of our heating plate exchange solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales and meet revenue targets
Effectively manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM software
Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor actions to uncover new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing developments, and other cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials
Provide exceptional customer support and after-sales service to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role
Proven experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage, influence, and build rapport with customers
Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and closing sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets
Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to comprehend and articulate complex products and solutions
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to sales and customer relationship management
Ability to sit, stand, and perform computer-based work for extended periods
Strong mental acuity, ability to multi-focus and work in fast paced environment
High school or equivalent (Required)
