Responsibilities
Proactively recruit top talent using job fairs, digital platforms, and your professional network
Build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate recruiters, colleges, universities, and vocational programs
Develop recruiting plans that support and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce
Write compelling job postings that attract both active and passive candidates across multiple platforms
Evaluate sourcing effectiveness and identify new avenues for reaching quality candidates
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to identify top talent and match them to client needs
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
Proficient with internet research and applicant tracking systems
Associate degree in business or related field, or 3–5 years of recruiting experience (field sales or college recruiting preferred)
Knowledge of administrative operations and office procedures
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug screen
Consistent and reliable attendance
