Transaction Management Analyst
SPS is seeking a Transaction Management Analyst to coordinate the review and execution of various servicing agreements and legal documents related to loan transfers. The role involves daily interaction with clients and internal departments to facilitate document reviews and resolve issues.

Responsibilities
Facilitate phone calls and emails from the client and counsel with accurate and timely responses to inquiries
Closely track all outstanding documents and drive the process to ensure timely execution
Coordinate applicable updates to internal systems that house key data points from executed servicing agreements
Provide regular updates on the status of all outstanding document reviews to Transaction Manager
Assist in negotiating various business points within documents with the client to come to an amicable agreement
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills, ability to understand, interpret and communicate client needs
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are required
Mortgage servicing experience
Ability to understand and communicate new processes, ability to adapt to change and respond effectively in a fast paced environment
Strong organization and project management skills
Preferred
Experience reading legal documents
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
