Responsibilities

Set clear performance standards and hold Sales and Marketing teams accountable
Coach and lead the Sales team toward defined revenue and profitability goals
Guide the Marketing team with clear lead generation strategies and targets
Build and grow the Sales and Marketing teams, including hiring Sales Representatives and a Sales Administrator within the first year
Foster strong cross-department collaboration and healthy team dynamics
Promote a culture of innovation, growth, and continuous improvement
Own lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies
Build and manage reliable quarterly forecasts and monitor pipeline health
Turn market research and data into actionable growth opportunities
Strengthen brand presence through digital marketing, content, campaigns, and events
Ensure marketing tactics directly support revenue and growth objectives
Oversee CRM (HubSpot) processes, reporting, and lead management
Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and marketing ROI
Manage Sales and Marketing budgets with a focus on impact and efficiency

Required

Must be Respectful, Reliable, and Responsible
5-8 years of experience leading sales and/or marketing initiatives with measurable results
Bachelor's Degree required
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly related to lead generation and growth
Ability to develop, coach, and manage people and teams
Strengths in curiosity, innovation, and motivating a team
Skilled in content strategy and identifying effective marketing channels
Data-driven decision-maker with experience using CRM platforms and analytics tools (HubSpot preferred)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and networking skills
