Responsibilities

Independently design, execute, and analyze critical experiments to support project objectives
Implement existing and develop new experimental protocols and techniques
Maintain a deep understanding of assigned projects and contribute to overall program goals
Interpret results from multistage experiments and propose follow-up studies as needed
Apply scientific literature and theoretical frameworks to solve research problems efficiently
Perform routine and complex laboratory tasks independently with a high level of accuracy and reproducibility
Contribute primarily through hands-on laboratory and pilot-scale activities
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements, including:
Code of conduct
Laboratory safety
Proper handling of controlled substances and radioactive materials (if applicable)
GxP compliance
Animal care standards (if applicable)

Required

Background in cell biology, cancer biology, biochemistry, immunology, or immuno-oncology
Hands-on mammalian cell culture experience (mandatory)
Ability to independently design experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot protocols
Strong understanding of scientific literature and ability to apply theoretical concepts to practical lab work
Experience generating consistent, high-quality in vitro data
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant laboratory experience
Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant laboratory experience
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge in relevant biological sciences
Proven ability to work independently in a laboratory setting
High attention to detail, data integrity, and experimental rigor

Preferred

Experience with flow cytometry (preferred, not required)
Knowledge or laboratory experience with antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) and/or bi-/multi-specific antibodies (plus)
