Support Engineer (late shift)
Camco Technologies is an innovative, international company seeking a motivated Support Specialist to join their growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality technical support to an international client base, handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for terminal operators, technicians and maintenance staff around the world — via phone and email
You will handle technical inquiries, provide accurate solutions, and escalate internally when needed
You follow up on customer questions in a structured, timely and professional way
You’re not afraid to ask questions — you know how to dig deeper to really understand the issue
When you can’t solve a problem right away, you coordinate internally and make sure the customer stays informed. You take ownership of each case until it's resolved
You work closely with our service technicians and collaborate to find the best solutions
You will work late shift
You alternate between two work weeks: + Week 1: Monday to Friday + Week 2: Sunday to Thursday
Qualification
Required
You have a degree or relevant experience in IT or technical support
You speak and write English fluently
You're customer-focused, communicative, and results-oriented
You're organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities
You enjoy solving problems and learning new things along the way
