Compliance with company policies and safety guidelines
Become familiar with film, chip and corrugated codes
Must show basic familiarity with truck operations
Be able to properly complete a pre-shift truck inspection, as well as complete P.M. checklist daily
Know the proper placement of all finished product
Basic math skills to accurately order material needed for change-over’s
Weight scrap gaylords at the end of the shift or at any change-over’s
Understands the difference between A, B, Peco and Chep pallets
Follows established procedures including standard operating procedures (SOP’s), cGMP, food safety regulations, and safety procedures
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Good oral and written communication skills
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions
