Responsibilities

Open New Markets: Drive aggressive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and closing new enterprise customers across industries
Prospect Relentlessly: Own the top of the funnel through outbound outreach, social selling, networking, and account-based strategies. You open doors where others stall
Qualify and Close: Quickly qualify opportunities and drive urgency to close new business within compressed sales cycles
Craft New Relationships: Engage net-new decision-makers to uncover pain points and align Blanchard’s solutions to strategic business outcomes
Collaborate on Launch: Partner with Marketing and SDRs to refine outbound messaging, generate qualified leads, and convert interest into opportunity
Expand Key Accounts: Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients through thoughtful cross-sell and upsell strategies
Own the Sales Cycle: Manage every stage of the deal, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and signed agreement
Build Executive Relationships: Develop trusted-advisor relationships with senior leaders (C-suite, HR, L&D, OD, and beyond)
Strategize for Success: Create and execute territory and account plans aligned to Blanchard’s growth targets and strategic initiatives
Collaborate Internally: Work cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Client Success, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience and implementation
Forecast with Precision: Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipeline, track activity, and forecast accurately

Required

5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in leadership development, HR tech, SaaS, professional services or transferable industry
Demonstrated success consistently exceeding quotas and closing six-figure+ deals
Experience selling to HR, L&D, OD, and C-level executives
Proven ability to develop new territories and grow existing accounts
Superior virtual and in-person presentation skills
Strong storytelling and value articulation
Expert time and territory management
Advanced sales forecasting and pipeline hygiene using CRM (Salesforce preferred)
Confident negotiating skills with a clear closing mindset
Bachelor's degree required
