Responsibilities
Administer Windows Server environments and core services including Active Directory, Azure, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 environments - Intune, OneDrive, Teams
Implement and enforce Microsoft Office 365 security policies
Assist in patch management system upgrades and infrastructure lifecycle planning
Collaborate with IT and business teams to support infrastructure needs for applications and services
Provide Tier 2/3 support for infrastructure-related issues
Qualification
Required
BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or systems administration
Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server environments
Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell preferred)
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills
Experience with enterprise identity and access management
Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft/ Azure Certified)
Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction
Deep expertise in managing complex environments and driving operational excellence
