Fitness Ventures, LLC (Crunch Fitness) is seeking a Pre-Sale Brand Ambassador to drive excitement and interest in new club openings. The role involves engaging with the community, generating member leads, and representing the Crunch Fitness brand at local events.

Responsibilities

Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile

Promote the Crunch Fitness brand to the community

Identify potential leads and sign up new members both in the club and in the field through guerilla marketing tactics

Represent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in â€œstreet teamâ€ activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement special events)

Ensure our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locations

Set the positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective members

Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning

Tours potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membership

Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner
