Administrative Assistant
Glass Doctor is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient office operations.

Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls when needed, monitor emails, and other correspondence
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, when required to learn and manage assigned tasks
Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Provide general support to visitors and staff
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficiency to enter expenses into QuickBooks Online
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and other meeting platforms
Comfort using the internet and web-based applications
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
