Responsibilities
Own month-end close, journal entries, and GL management
Prepare and review account reconciliations and financial analysis
Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
Build and maintain custom reports within the ERP system
Partner cross-functionally with non-finance teams
Lead project-level settlements and assist with tax schedule preparation
Identify and improve accounting processes and internal controls
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounting experience (public or industry)
Strong communication skills with non-finance stakeholders
ERP experience; reporting skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Preferred
Experience owning close processes and general ledger
