Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize daily operations across multiple departments and locations
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency
Take ownership of full P&L responsibilities and deliver profitable growth to $35M+
Build and mentor a high-performing management team while fostering a collaborative culture
Strengthen relationships with global licensees (North America, Australia, China) and identify new partnership opportunities
Guide business development and geographic/service expansion
Stay ahead of industry trends in coatings, sustainability, and construction services
Represent the company in national and regional trade associations
Qualification
Required
10+ years in executive or senior operational leadership, preferably in coatings, construction, or related manufacturing
Strong financial acumen with experience managing full P&L
Demonstrated success scaling multi-location service businesses
Experience leading and developing management and labor teams
Background in managing international partner or licensee relationships
Preferred
Knowledge of construction contracts is highly desirable
Multilingual skills (English, German, Chinese, French) a plus
