Regional Sales Manager

Master's Transportation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee and manage sales activities within a specific region. The role involves developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive growth.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for all aspects of a sale, including product evaluation, pricing negotiations, contract development, ensuring successful product fulfillment and payment according to the contractual agreement
Create and develop relationships with transit agencies, school districts and private fleet operators to ensure responsiveness and eliminate competition on bids / RFPs
Manage all sales activities within the assigned territory including travel to make sales visits
Work with your Director of Sales (DOS) to grow existing business and proactively search for new business
Maintain an understanding of all company sales processes
Follow internal processes to properly document all activities in Salesforce
Maintain detailed account profiles and activities in Salesforce and update your DOS on account status, business opportunities
Forecast and track sales of existing accounts in Salesforce
Represent company at trade association meetings
Understand and communicate industry trends

Required

High school education is required
Minimum of three years sales experience and proven sales record with a history of successful results
Previous vehicle sales a plus

Preferred

College Degree
CDL with passenger endorsement preferred
